Mazzetta Scholarship

Open to students of Māori descent looking to advance their education in the fishery sector. 

Lincoln University Ahuwhenua Scholarship

Closing Date: 15 Aug 2025

Open to school leaver students of Māori descent enrolled in an undergraduate or sub-degree study in the Agricultural, mahinga kai or organics field at Lincoln University.

Tonganui Scholarship

Closing Date: 9 Sep 2025

Open to Māori professionals seeking to pursue excellence in the Oceans sector.

Whakapapa Scholarship

Closing Date: 30 Nov 2025

Whakapapa Scholarship is given to a 2nd year student with whakapapa to one of the Māori Incorporations, Companies or Trusts for whom Perrin Ag works closely with to maximize the sustainable returns from their farming operations.

Perrin Ag wishes to offer a scholarship of up to $3,000 for a promising individual to continue agriculture, horticulture or related science studies at undergraduate, post-graduate diploma or Honours level at either Lincoln, Waikato or Massey Universities.

Applicable Māori organisations are as follows: Kokako Trust, Ngāti Whakaue Tribal Lands Inc, Ngāti Makino Farm Trust (via Otamarakau Farm Ltd), Opepe Trust, Ransfield Incorporation, Rotoiti 15 Trust (via Otukawa Whenua Ltd), Te Karangi A2 Trust, Waiteti Whenua Trust

Kaitiaki o te Ngahere Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2026

Open to students undertaking a course of study in a forestry discipline, with priority given to students with a connection to the land on which Kaingaroa Timberlands holds forestry licences and who have resided in the central North Island.

Atihau-Ravensdown Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2026

Open to children of Atihau Whanganui Incorporation shareholders to undertake an agricultural or horticultural degree.

Tahora-Ravensdown Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2026

Open to children of Tahora shareholders to undertake an agricultural or horticultural degree at either Lincoln, Waikato, or Massey University.

Sir Turi Carroll Centennial Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2026

Open to students of Maori descent who have completed the first year of a land-based degree at Lincoln University

PKW-Ballance Agri-Nutrients Undergraduate Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2026

Open to whakapapa of at least one of the eight iwi of Taranaki.

Haane Manahi Memorial Scholarship

Closing Date: 7 Apr 2026

Open to Ngati Whakaue descendents wishing to further their education in forestry, farming or trades at any tertiary provider.

Regina Rudland Memorial Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 May 2026

Open to a full-time Māori student of Ngāti Porou descent, undertaking study in the field of Agriculture or Apiculture at Level 3 or higher.
