Open to secondary school students from South Canterbury region who intend to study the biological sciences at any of the three South Island universities (University of Otago, University of Canterbury, Lincoln University).

A D Lochhead Memorial Scholarship

Open to students residing within the Canterbury Land District, who are about to enter their final year of a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Lincoln University.

South Island Agricultural Field Days Inc. Scholarships

Closing Date: 31 Oct 2024

Open to Young Farmers Club members, who are currently, or will shortly be commencing, full time study at Lincoln University to improve their skills and knowledge in relation to farming.

Horticulture NZ Undergraduate Scholarships

Open to South Canterbury students who are undertaking a course of study to major in the biological sciences at one of the Universities of Otago, Canterbury or Lincoln

Margaret Watling Scholarship

Open to students from the South Island to further their studies or obtain practical experience in a horticulture-related field at Lincoln University.

William John Cartwright Trust Scholarship

Closing Date: 31 Mar 2025

Open to students who are enrolling for the first time in the first year of a Diploma in Farm Management or Horticultural Management at Lincoln University, and have resided in the South Canterbury region

Burnett Research Scholarship

Open to students at Lincoln University undertaking research with a science focus that would benefit agricultural science in New Zealand.

John Mowbray Howard Tripp Agricultural Scholarship

Open to students from the Canterbury region who are enrolled in a degree related to the land-based industries at Lincoln University.

W.T. Scott Lincoln Scholarship
