The E.P. Parcell Scholarship was established by Lois Gilchrist in memory of Flying Officer Erroll Philip Parcell a former student who died on active service in World War II in Burma.

- Applicant must be from the Southland region.
- Applicant must be studying Agriculture, excluding live animal experimentation or vivisection
One scholarship may be offered annually, the value of which will be determined by the Vice Chancellor
