More Information:
Over the last four decades, some of New Zealand’s most successful farm innovators, industry, business, and political leaders have graduated from the Kellogg Programme.
There are currently two intakes of up to 24 scholars each year. Cohorts are carefully selected to maximise diversity across industries, level of experience, geographical location, gender and ethnicity.
The residential format of the Programme creates cohort networks and friendships across the country and industries through the mix of farmers, growers, producers and agribusiness professionals.
We have a strong and proud history, and we continually evolve the Programme with new content and the format is reviewed after each course to meet changing industry and participant needs.
Initially founded by the Kellogg Foundation in the USA, Lincoln University secured the rights to run the course in New Zealand from 1979 until 2013 when New Zealand Rural Leadership Trust took over programme development and delivery.
