The scholarship shall be open to full-time students eligible to proceed to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at Lincoln University who wish to undertake research work in some problem bearing on agriculture or horticulture.
Up to three scholarships may be offered annually of $1,000 each, and be tenable for one year.
