Open to fourth-year Bachelor of Veterinary Science students who are interested in large animal production medicine.
It is expected that the successful candidates shall see practice with Anexa Vets for one week in the spring of their fourth year and for another week in their fifth year. These two weeks are over and above the week of Externship that they may spend with Anexa Vets.
The total value of the grant per recipient is $3,000 and will be paid out over two years.
